Comfortable room, decent breakfast (although missing a few typical items - and can we have the people at the egg station learn how to make sunny-side-up eggs without breaking them?), great location for an early flight, and the spa is very well equipped, which is a bonus.

Clean & quiet room. Excellent location near airport terminal (10 min walk to the check in counter). Only negative is that there is a small window to see into the bathroom area, so there is not a lot of privacy if you are traveling with people you don't want to see naked.
