This was a very solid hotel that gave everything I needed for a fast stay in Berlin. Quick access to public transportation, simple check-in, a nice hotel room and timely housekeeping. 10/10, no notes!

The hotel is great for what it is, a place to stay 5 minutes drive from the airport. It isn't a tourist destination (and I wouldn't expect it to be). The only downside the cost of breakfast. The breakfast was very good (hot food, lots of tea selection, plenty of cold cuts, cheese, fruit, yogurt and cereal), but didn't offer much more than other German hotels and was about 6 or 7 euro (can't remember exactly) more expensive than hotels in Frankfurt, Schwangu and Nuremberg.

Great room, friendly staff! I would definitely stay here again. In fact, when pur flight was cancelled, we came back to the same hotel, which allowed an early check in, to wait days for our next flight.

There were some issues with the key cards but overall it was perfect. The staff was wonderful and welcoming. My group needed a place to stay for an early morning flight and this was exactly what we needed. Close to the airport.

The hotel is very close to the airport, which is very convenient. The staff was always ready to help, super friendly, and available at all times. The room had high ceilings, plenty of space, and beautiful finishes, making the stay very comfortable and pleasant.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. At the price range this was an excellent deal!. The walk to the train was a little challenging but doable with a large suitcase. There is bus to and from the train station as well. The walk also felt super safe. The staff was super helpful and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. A very large room, a huge bathroom. Even though it was right next to the airport, it was very quiet. Delicious breakfast. Very friendly staff. The only thing missing was a kettle in the room and towel racks, but those were minor details. I highly recommend it.

The outside of the hotel did not match the inside. The room was nicer than expected, but a little small. There was a restaurant across the street that was nice and had good food. The staff was friendly and could understand and speak English. The hotel is in a city which unfortunately came with the occasional city smell, but for a one night stay, this hotel was good.

The hotel’s friendly staff and room’s impeccable cleanliness was great… until one smoker lit-up in their room at midnight which set off the entire fire alarm requiring all guests to evacuate. The hotel was not responsible for the smoker’s action - however there was a total lack of preparation. Their response was extremely slow and inefficient. Guests had to remain outside on the sidewalk in the middle of the night ( some with sleeping children in their arms) for over an hour. Not a great experience.

It's not the holiday inn. Overheated bedrooms, couldn't sleep it was like an oven. My room was on the ground floor, opening the large window didn't seem like a great idea. Nothing to do or see in the area. Not that well connected to the airport (2 jumps by public transport), which would be the only reason to stay.

Terrible customer service presented by receptionist. We’ve got a room for an infant without working elevator and must walk via staircase where lights (during night) didnt work. I requested to change the room but receptionist ignored it. The room was smelly with paint — perfect for little infant NOT. Definitely not ment for families and not worth this money

Staff - A young woman working at reception in the evening prepared tea and warm croissants for me knowing I wasn’t feeling well. May seem a small gesture but both the tea and the gesture made all the difference in how I felt.
