"what a great hotel. loved the view of the ocean with the fishing boats going out every night. the room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Tours we took picked us up at the hotel, so that was a bonus. The optional breakfast is very worthwhile. the promanade across the street was great for a morning and evening stroll. very close to the main street market. "

"Deluxe Double Room - comfortable stay for 2 nights. Location - outside the city center, nevertheless easy access to bus network and within 10 mins taxi ride to Jeju airport. Plenty of convenience stores within the vicinity. Room - was quiet and very spacious with king size bed and sofa. Bed was medium firm. Shower water pressure was strong. Check-in and check-out is straightforward. "

The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful architecture and breathtaking views of Jeju’s natural scenery. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless—every detail made me feel relaxed and cared for. The amenities were top-notch, from the luxurious pool to the wide variety of dining options. I especially enjoyed the food, which was both delicious and beautifully presented. What really stood out was the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their service made the experience even more memorable. Overall, Jeju Lotte Hotel exceeded all my expectations. It’s the perfect place for both relaxation and a touch of luxury. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jeju."

"This hotel is amazing and a must recommend when visiting Jeju Island. Based on other’s reviews, I was aware that we will need to rent swimming caps if swimming indoors so this didn’t bother me. As for dining, they have good options in the facility but if you want to taste famous local dishes, it is not far away by car. Everything is amazjng including the convenience store on site and the games area that is available for all to use. The room is great and one of the best lay out and decor I have ever seen. The only thing I would recommend is to add laundry facilities because there are swimming pools everywhere and although they provide clothes hanger, the clothes might not dry on time prior to checkout or your flight. Otherwise, it was a great experience and I would come here again!"

"저는 580호에서 2박 머물렀습니다. 엘리베이터 근처라 지나가는 숙박객들의 소리가 조금 들리는 점을 제외하면 모든 부분이 다 좋았습니다. (에어컨 냉방 시설 상태 최고!) 저는 뚜벅이지만 주차장이 넓고 편리해 보였습니다. 중국인 관광객이 많아 매너가 조금 아쉽긴 했지만, 호텔 프론트 직원분들과 청소 아주머니 등 모든 직원분들께 감사 인사를 전하고 싶습니다. 저는 혼자 여행 와서 메종 글래드에 체크인한 후 제주시내에서 고장 난 아이폰을 교체했는데, 메종 글래드 직원분이 휴대폰 대리점 위치를 친절하게 설명해 주셔서 무사히 교체할 수 있었습니다. 또, 올레 18코스 둘레길을 걷고 동문시장도 방문해 떡오튀도 먹을 수 있었습니다. 정말 좋은 추억 많이 남기고 갑니다. 감사합니다❣️❣️"
