The room was spacious and clean. The parking was easy as the staff helped us right when we arrived and it seemed organized. Nice to have vending machines on the main floor even though we did not use them. Hotel lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas. One male staff member seemed a bit stressed and was less patient/annoyed when asking for our car info but other than that, they were nice and easy to communicate with.

I loved my stay at Ventimo Hotel! The valet parking is amazing. My room was also bigger than I imagined and so clean and spacious!
