The hotel is indeed spotless. The English speaking hotel staff were accommodating and responsive to the queries raised by the guests even prior to our arrival. Also, their presence 24/7 is a plus factor. The availability of a washing machine and dryer is a big help as well. On top of this, it is accessible to restaurants, shopping centers among others. The hotel can help book transportation for the guests, if needed. The positive reviews we read which made us decide on choosing Ventimo Hotel and Residences is validated. If we will return to Jeju Island in the near future, we will definitely choose Ventimo again. Thank you Ventimo.

The room was spacious and clean. The parking was easy as the staff helped us right when we arrived and it seemed organized. Nice to have vending machines on the main floor even though we did not use them. Hotel lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas. One male staff member seemed a bit stressed and was less patient/annoyed when asking for our car info but other than that, they were nice and easy to communicate with.

It's 10 mins Uber away from the airport. It's clean. There's the main shopping avenue around and gaming machine next to your bed. What else could you ask for?

Modern & Sparkling Clean hotel for getaway

Located near the Airport & very easy location for foreign visiting drivers. Parking is on-site by staff into the parking machine & requires 15 mins notice to bring the car out. There is nil restaurant on site but with the CU convenience store downstairs & free breakfast sandwiches delivered to room (to be discontinued in Sep?) - it is not an issue.
