We stayed for a night. During check in the staff at the front desk was helpful. The hall is quite dark and bit moldy smell. After a long day of traveling, we were ready to go to bed but that’s when we realized the duvet and pillow smelled very musty. We called the front desk for new bedding set but probably the only staff for the night was running around and took 45 mins to reach him. Two other bedding set smelled the same and finally we got a new one. Next morning the toilet clogged and a staff came to fix it immoderately this time. The staff were helpful but some maintenance upgrades are required.

I'm from Taiwan. I stay in Jeju for a week. On my first day, I left my bag in the taxi then the reception girl was so friendly and patient, she tried to contact the driver many times; eventually I got my bag back, thank you 😊 I felt grateful and had the best experience when I live there.

Take note on the valet service, as it's only for small compact cars. Parking is available at the front porch but it's first come first serve basis. What became annoying was when they reserve it for special guests when lots are already limited.
