I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my trip. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, convenience stores, and public transportation, making it very convenient to explore the city. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever I had a question. I especially appreciated how smooth the check-in and check-out process was. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Busan. I highly recommend Ocean Suites Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

I liked that there were 4 beds and a table in a separate room. I didn't like that an engineer came to make room cooler and proceeded to turn off the water heater. Then our room keys stopped working, not once but twice. Also, there were no face cloths and the beds didn't have nightstands. Staff also told us that the laundromat was open 24 hours but we got kicked out at midnight!

We stayed here only one night because we had an early flight the next morning and it was close to the airport. Nice ocean view, but if your room is on a lower floor it won't look quite as nice as the photos. Walking distance to the market was a plus.

The reason why we picked this hotel is because it is one of the pickup point for all our day tour via Klook. The room was always clean and tidy. It is spacious but not sure why there is no wardrobe or shelves for guests to put their clothes. Only 2 hangers were provided on the wall. There is a bakery cafe and GS25 in the lobby and so it is easy to get some drinks and light food there. The restaurant on level 2 only serve ala carte menu for lunch and dinner is buffet style. So if you are looking for a lighter meal during dinner, then you may need to walk to some other restaurants outside of the hotel. Dongmum market, shopping street and black pork street is a few streets away from the hotel. As for the counter staff, majority of them do not really understand basic English and we have difficulties communicating with them. Besides this unpleasant experience in communication, we still have enjoyed our stay in Jeju island.

Mountain View room is actually a view of the car park & buildings then in the distance you can see the mountain if the weathers clear!!! Great location, convenience store & coffee shop almost inside hotel so brilliant not to have to go looking around for supplies when tired. Room was a lovely surprise…… so minimalist & clean.

We had a good experience with this hotel. But the only problem is the tv is buffering for a long time and it’s not easy to set up the language of the tv coz it’s set up language Korean. And the breakfast not so much selection the soup are cold. The reception is very friendly and helpful. Thank for a good stay it’s clean and well maintained.
