I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my trip. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, convenience stores, and public transportation, making it very convenient to explore the city. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever I had a question. I especially appreciated how smooth the check-in and check-out process was. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Busan. I highly recommend Ocean Suites Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Excellent location, friendly staff. Large spacious room with an extra room for a third person. Ocean view. Would have been ideal to have an actual bed then a floor bed for the third person which was a little challenging. But room was cleaned to a standard. Water provided for free. Great location with convenience store downstairs and a wonderful cafe serving fresh bakery goodies with highly recommended ice latte and ice matcha, salt bread and bagel. Close by is a shopping by mart, the main shopping area and also halal food place (Lebanese highly recommended).

We stayed here only one night because we had an early flight the next morning and it was close to the airport. Nice ocean view, but if your room is on a lower floor it won't look quite as nice as the photos. Walking distance to the market was a plus.

Mountain View room is actually a view of the car park & buildings then in the distance you can see the mountain if the weathers clear!!! Great location, convenience store & coffee shop almost inside hotel so brilliant not to have to go looking around for supplies when tired. Room was a lovely surprise…… so minimalist & clean.

I liked that there were 4 beds and a table in a separate room. I didn't like that an engineer came to make room cooler and proceeded to turn off the water heater. Then our room keys stopped working, not once but twice. Also, there were no face cloths and the beds didn't have nightstands. Staff also told us that the laundromat was open 24 hours but we got kicked out at midnight!

Easy check in. Just a bit confusing where to enter at first due to some works/ repairs going on in the main entrance of the hotel & the free parking is good. Over all it was a comfortable stay, close to main Jeju City, just few minutes walk.

Hotel is clean and comfortable, close to many eateries. There were no chairs, only thin cushions on a platform, which can be a safety hazard. Also luggage rack could be available as luggage had to be left on floor.

Great view and big room. Comfortable and clean. Only downside for us was that the toilet water pipe was making a constant noise due to water pressure throughout the day, but that was not a big issue to be fair
