"Location was very convenient, with access to the trolley and highways. The room was clean, bed and pillows very comfy! WiFi was glitchy at times, didn't always have service. Entrance gate at rear closes fairly early, just an inconvenience having to turn around in the casino. Our only major complaint was the grab and go breakfast. We were there 5 mornings, and never once was everything stocked. Most times the few items available were gone to where you had a choice of white bread and a banana. Coffee was iffy, most days it was empty. Almost felt like they wanted you to purchase from the coffee shop so they kept the free items to a minimum. "

"Room had a Pungent smell to it. There was the sound of a motor pump turning on every 5 minutes. Area is sketchy "

"This was one of the most dirtiest hotels ive ever stayed at. The bathroom was disgusting, urine stains on toilet, floor was dirty, stains on sheets and pillows. If i could give it a negative start I would. Not to mention the sketch people outside looking like they are selling drugs and hookers. Loud people late at night and you could hear everything through the walls. Horrible."

"NOT GOOD AT ALL LEFT CAME BACK TO FIND OUT HOWARD JOHNSON CANCELLED MY RESERVATION AND DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY NOR MY DEPOSIT CLAIMING I DAMAGED A MATTRESSE NOT TRUE I CALLED EXPEDIA TO GET MY REFUND ITS BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS AND STILL FIGHTING FOR MY DEPOSIT NOT GOOD ALSO I STAYED 5 DAYS AND THE ELECTRICITY WAS OUT FOR ABOUT 3 to 5 HOURS FOR 3DAYS IN A ROW KEEPES TURNING OFF AND ON FOR THAOE HOURS I AM DISABLED AND MY WIFE IS DIABETIC!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY HERE AT ALL NOT EVEN FKR FREE !!!!"

"The room was nice. The air conditioner work amazingly, kept the room very cold. The water pressure in the shower was great with very hot water."

"The room was not clean. There were questionable spots all over the curtains and the shower curtain. The body wash container in the shower had something on it as well. Just a feeling of overall dirtiness. Front staff was very helpful. We had an issue with the TV and he came right up to the room to resolve. There was plenty of parking. It was easy to drive to the trolley to go into downtown. "

"Horrible experience reserved 2 rooms that should have been ready ay 3 checked in a little after 3 and 1 one was not ready theyvtold me ut was almost ready then i called to ask if it was ready the gentleman said he would call me back never did went to the lobby 3 hrs later and it turns out that our second room wasnt ready that something was wrong with it. I was never told they kept sayi g its almost ready then it turns out it had a maintamce issue and i was never told until i told them i been waiting for 3 hrs and they gave us a different room. Which i think we sould of been offered that since the beginning since it had maintenance issurs instead of making us wait 3hrs"
