"The manager, Sydney, refused service to me beause I was yelling on the phone. However, she was yelling at me while telling me to be respectful. Afterwards, Lulu told me that if I am direspect we will be disrespectful right back."

"The staff was incredible. We had an issue with the TV in our room and within minutes of calling the front desk a maintenance worker was at our door and the issue was resolved within minutes. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was amazing. We could walk everywhere. This is just a few minutes walk to the harbor seal reserve and very close to Linden Street. I will definitely stay here again. The value for what you get is truly amazing."

"property has a beaufitul, peaceful feel, perfectly located across from the beach and Ventura pier, clean pool with towels, pet friendly and attentive staff. breakfast was good and fresh but we had to wait for staff to re-fill coffee, juice and some food items. I would recommend this property and stay here myself with out a doubt!"
