It's not the Ritz but a perfectly acceptable stay. The elevator was not working from floor 2 to 3 when we were there but otherwise nothing notable was wrong. Breakfast was very nice, price was reasonable and it was excellently located.

It was great, room was clean we had a good view of the boats. They had a walkway around the boats which was great. The bed was extremely comfortable. We didn’t have a pet , but it is pet friendly. We saw several people with dogs. The breakfast was great, lots of items and drinks to choose from. I would definitely recommend the Hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights. 1st night couldn't get good sleep, A/C unit in the wall unit had a fan that was noisy so couldn't use the A/C, since it was cool enough outside temp decided to keep balcony door open on 2nd floor. But facing street it was too noisy. With help from on site Manager Erika, she went extra mile to get us in another room 2 nights facing marina and A/C that was working. She checked to insure it was normal noisy window unit a/c. Overall property is clean, rooms were cleaned nicely, beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. Disliked parking fees that provided no security, but it is norm in the area. Breakfast was better than average. Fresh ground coffee bean machine did decent job but coffee beans were commercial grade. For price point it is good place.

This property is a hidden gem. It is a old building but in great shape very well updated and clean. It is right on the harbor and walking distance to the harbor village. Stayed there for 2 nights with family of five,the kids loved it. Breakfast and cofee were decent, seating outside by the harbor is great. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms and flooring were remodeled and clean. Air condititioning worked great too. Would stay there again next time we are in Ventura.

The breakfast was awesome. Staff was super nice and friendly. The room is fine. Beds are comfortable however there is a sewer smell that comes from the shower no matter how many times they clean it. Other than that I would recommend this place. Hope they get the issue fixed
