This property is a hidden gem. It is a old building but in great shape very well updated and clean. It is right on the harbor and walking distance to the harbor village. Stayed there for 2 nights with family of five,the kids loved it. Breakfast and cofee were decent, seating outside by the harbor is great. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms and flooring were remodeled and clean. Air condititioning worked great too. Would stay there again next time we are in Ventura.

The room was spacious. The king bed mattress was unusually high off the ground. Rather strange and may be difficult for seniors to get on and off. Coffee pods were stocked but missing cream and sugar. Therefore the 3 stars.
