"It is an old building and not attractive. One elevator was broken so it took a very long time for an elevator. There were very few carts for luggage. It was in a great location right on the boardwalk to beach. It was also just a few blocks from the shops and restaurants downtown.We had a beautiful view. The cost for valet parking was $75 per night. "

"Breakfast was basic but satisfying. Fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, toast, cereal.
It was served in an atrium, outdoor greenhouse which was relaxing. I was 10 minutes from the beach on seaward ave. And i found a farmers market on a wednesday at the pacific view mall. I grabbed fresh fruits, and a tamale to eat on the beach! There was no swimming pool at the hotel, only a small jacuzzi however. "

"Didn’t see a pool. Room was mostly ok. No bugs ( I checked). Everything worked. Large tv with good selection. black out curtains were filthy. Rest of the room was acceptable. It was small room , but the price was right. I’d give it 3 stars . You get what you’re willing to pay for."

"Prime beach proximity - can hear the ocean waves right from the room.
Super friendly staff.
Walking distance from Vons, Starbucks, Thai/Mexican food.
Hallways could use some paint touch-ups but otherwise very difficult to complain.
We will definitely be coming back!"
