"Club lounge good. Good breakfast and service there. Room good. Location as promised. Good. Service at front desk and spa a little underwhelming. Only one functioning elevator meant longer waits sometimes. €60 euro Spa fee for pool use by my guests, a source of irritation. Didn’t like this nor the way it was handled by the staff. I’d call it an okay 4 star experience. Definitely not 5 star. Value was okay. Probably wouldn’t rush back here, being honest."

"Spacious, clean room, attentive staff, great location, and excellent beeakfast. Five course wine pairing dinner during our visit was exceptional! Definitely recommend and would/will stay again."

"Good hotel in a decent location Nice breakfast with plenty of choice Luggage store available Check in is 3pm and if you try any earlier you will be met with an early check in charge or told to wait until 3pm, other than that it was a pleasant stay."

"The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was nice and clean. The bus stops right in front of hotel and there’s a good bakery across the street.we have stayed here and would recommend it to anyone needing a hotel in this part of Berlin "
