The front desk staff were borderline rude. We booked two rooms at same rate and one was twice the size of the other… Both rooms had leaking shower pans that caused water to floor. Front desk staff informed but neglected to send anyone to fix it until it happened again the next day. Rooms blistering hot, but if you open the window you get cigarette smoke from the courtyard in your room all night. Only good features were the location (amazing) and breakfast (also amazing)

A Wonderful Berlin Hotel

Can't beat the location; on the Ku'damm and close to the U-bahn, with excellent dining and shopping options all around. The first word that comes to mind when thinking about Hotel Zoo Berlin is "swanky." The hotel is modern; the rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The hotel entrance and lobby are lovely and welcoming. A perfect place to land after a long day of being out and about in Berlin!

This was my second visit to Zoo Hotel and I will definitely return. It's a beautifully decorated building with luxury rooms, a brilliant bar and breakfast, approachable and helpful staff and the best lounge for relaxing in. Also, an ideal base for discovering Berlin away from the usual overly tourist areas.

Great hotel! The rooms were nice however i did wish that the AC went lower that 19. Staff was incredible . The lounge downstairs is great and definitely a scene. Will definitely come back agaian!

Reaĺly enjoyable stay at Hotel Zoo Hotel with its friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and parking. Architecture and decoration are awesome.
