Frühstück war vielfältig und frisch. Das Hotel liegt ruhig und sehr zentral . Bei Fragen schnelle Rückmeldung vom Hotel. Wünsche wie z. B. ein zusätzlichen Topper fürs Bett werden umgehend umgesetzt. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und im Service.

War eigentlich rundherum zu frieden was ich nicht gut fand die Minibar war mit Getränken bestückt die ich nicht trinke nach einem dem Hinweis an der Rezeption wurde mir gesagt das dieses nicht möglich ist die Auswahl zu ändern das sehr unflexibel passt man sich dort der Gesellschaft an ?

I really did not like the treatment I received at the front desk. It was my second stay and each time I booked thru expedia. In august it was 77 euros/day this time 150 and they made a point of embarrassing me at check in asking repeatedly if I added breakfast and I said yes but they said they did not honor the free breakfast if I booked thru Expedia. I brought uo the last stay and they acted like they didnt know what I was talking about and just saying that bc I used Expedia, I couldnt get the free breakfast (or for a small charge).

I enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and how convenient it was to take the subway. Also there was a grocery store in the same comolex.staff was very helpful.

Zimmer schön und neu eingerichtet, Gute Parkmöglichkeiten für 20 Euro pro Tag, Empfangsbereich und Frühstücksräume in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstück vielfältig, qualitativ aber nur mittelmäßig, Lage ruhig und gut, 4 min zur U- Bahn und 15 min zum Ku’damm zu Fuß , Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passend

Total freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, tolle Zimmer mit gehobener Ausstattung. Die Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Verpflegung während meines Seminars war Spitze. Wenn ich wieder nach Berlin fahre, komme ich definativ wieder hierher.

Prima omgeving. Genoeg restaurants in de buurt. En grote supermarkt. Hotel ontbijt heel goed. Ook spiegeleieren/omelets kun je bestellen. Al staat dat nergens aangegeven. Suite met slaapkamer zeer aan te bevelen. Bij een eventuele volgende bezoek aan Berlijn wordt dit zeker weer ons hotel.

The location was walkable to my friend's apartment. The breakfast every morning was spectacular!! The rooms were quiet, clean, modern, the bedding I absolutely loved and took a picture of the label to hopefully buy a comforter:). The only odd thing was not all the staff spoke English--forward facing staff like the front desk and restaurant--even simple stuff like can I take a roll to go LOL

Günstiges & gutes 5-Sterne-Hotel in ruhiger Lage

Schönes Business-Zimmer mit toller Aussicht vom Balkon zu einem günstigen Preis. Lounge-Zugang inklusive. Nettes Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück. Eventuell könnte die Auswahl dort für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel noch etwas größer sein. Kommen gerne wieder!
