Wonderful hotel, room was really big and bed very comfortable and lots of lovely Rituals toiletries in the bathroom. We had a bottle of fizz and cake left in the room to celebrate my husbands birthday. The staff were very polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great and set you up for the day. We had dinner in Beef 45 in the hotel and that was amazing too. I would definitely stay again as its near lots of transport hubs to get around the city.

I started the army in Berlin back in the 80s before the wall fell and we like to come back every two years. Every time I stay at this hotel and every time it never disappoints. The location cannot be beat. The staff the accommodations all top-notch.

Great place to stay - right beside Berlin zoo. Good food, staff are very helpful. Rooms comfy and their House Of Gin is definitely worth a look. The hotel sots between Wittenbergplatz and Zoo Stations so great hub to get about the city from. Recommended
