"Staff were very courteous and hotel was very clean. The hotel is very quiet, but surrounding area is a bit noisey and I would recommend ear plugs at night. I would definitely stay here again."

"The modern hotel itself is a great facility set in a modern library setting with a variety of interesting books free to peruse. The two outstanding problems with this hotel are (1) access by public transportation is very limited, forcing the guests to hire a taxi to convenient nearby train stations such as Tokorozawa station costing 2,400-2,600 yen each way, and (2) the breakfast purchased optionally is practically the same throughout your stay—three different kinds of sandwiches. "It was a tiny room, but very convenient since the hotel was located near the train station.
Breakfast and housekeeping was included. Overall, a good experience. I would stay there again. "

"The owners are very attentive, and present the Ryokan as your being a guest in their home. The traditional tatami is clean and comfortable. Lots of art and Japanese mementos all over, make you feel that you are in aJapanese home. Hot baths too!"

"The location was perfect. Just a block away from the train station and one stop away from Shinjuku Station. The junior suite was very spacious and had four beds. Very nice amenities and we liked the extra amenities provided in the lobby which included a wide assortment of body care products. The breakfast buffet was nice too and we enjoyed the mini fluffy pancakes. Definitely wish we ordered more than two. Overall great stay and would gladly stay there again. "
"Service was great, the hotel was very close to the train station and convenience stores. They had all the amenities and more that you could need. They also have a direct bus to and from the airport. "
