"About the only positive thing I can say for this property is that it was quiet. Also the young lady at the reception desk when we checked out, listened, was sympathetic and very polite. Otherwise the negative points to this property overshadowed every thing else. The property was supposed to have Wi-Fi, and after checking in, there was NO Wi-Fi in our room, we returned to reception and inquired, their response was “well sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t”. "We loved this hotel. The rooms are really big, modern, clean, and comfortable! The location is very conveniently located, which made it easy to get around. The gym is small, but has everything you need to get a good workout in. I'd say it is one of the better hotel gyms I have seen. The only complain was that the spa wasn't open during our stay (which we didn't know until we arrived). But apart from that we loved the hotel and would definitely stay there again next time we are in Gothenburg!"
