The receptionsits were polite, quick and very helpful, Parking was easy and free for disabled users. Our room was as expected and we had a good stay except for the football teams (young boys) staying above and nearby making a noise most of the night, sounded like running feet. Not sure if they were practicing in their room :-))

The staff was quite courteous, and very flexible about check in times. I checked in quite late, around 11, and it was no issue. The rooms were quite nice as well, with an interesting theme of the hotel.

Was approached twice from fake whatsapp accounts who wanted me to secure my stay. Chain has had a huge security breach but do not tell guests. Collegue to me was asked to pay room again even though she paid at booking. Wasn't refunded before she showed proof. I found something looking like a turd under my bed. Staff reacted promptly though and changed my room. Convenient to the arena, but obviously not a place to stay again.

Good hotel, well appointed, friendly staff, and excellent Breakfast. BUT I had booked 2 nights, was disappointed that when asked on check in if I wanted the room cleaned after the first night I replied yes - but returned to the hotel late to find no cleaning of the room had taken place. Firstly, why does the hotel suggest no cleaning service after the first night - there was no offer of reduced rates to support this. Secondly, having asked me and been told I wanted the room cleaned to then not do it is disrespectful and/or poor service. I did report this to reception who said ‘I will point that out to the staff, I had flagged it to be done’
