"The property was clean and comfortable and felt safe. We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. "This was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. As an added bonus, we had a wonderful view of the Sapporo TV Tower, which was such a pleasant surprise. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, kind, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. When we arrived, the hotel's parking lot was full, and we weren't sure where to park. Shota (I hope I'm remembering his name correctly) took the time to help us, brought us a map, and patiently explained the nearby parking options. His kindness and willingness to assist made a stressful situation much easier. We also had the pleasure of meeting Minori, who was incredibly warm and sweet. We really enjoyed chatting with them and the rest of the staff. They asked about our travels, where we were visiting from, and even shared wonderful recommendations for places to explore in Hokkaido. Those personal conversations made us feel truly welcome. The free beverage was also a nice touch! We only stayed one night, but we wish we had stayed longer. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapporo. The outstanding hospitality alone makes it a place worth returning to."

"Everything was excellent. I was amazed how clean our room was and modern design. I really enjoyed our stayed. The price was very reasonable. The only problem we had is difficulty finding the hotel. We lost few times and had to ask direction. The hotel was located in front of the temple on the google map, but we couldn't locate the temple. Despite the problem finding the hotel, I still highly recommend this hotel. I will book this hotel for future Sapporo stay."
