The communication was great but there had been a lot of smoking in the room prior to our visit. The smoke permeated our clothes in suitcases. The room had been cleaned well but the smoke odor was always there.

３日前まで、宿泊の号室が決まらず、無人でのチェックイン開錠方法がわからなかったが、メールにて通知されたので、安心した。　キッチンに百円ショップの訪朝とまな板を置いていただければありがたい。

宿泊施設というよりワンルームマンションに一人暮らししているような疑似体験を楽しみました。快適過ぎて予定を変更し1泊延長させてもらいました。急なお願いにも快く対応して頂きました。10分歩けば札幌駅という立地は魅力的です。簡素で余計な物はなく短期間過ごすにはちょうど良く、必要な物もほぼ揃っていて何不自由なく過ごしました。 ただ、洗濯物を干す場所(ハンガーを引っ掛けられる所)があればいいなと思いました。
