Everything was great, except thwt we had to change rooms because the window wouldn't close all the way and there was a gap on the wall that let noises and heat come in the room. It all made the room noisy. Second room worked out great. Staff was fantastic and super helpful!

Estadia como sempre irreparável. Única ressalva foi a necessidade (desnecessária) de ter repassar todos os meus dados novamente. Frequento unidades da rede há quase quatro anos e só infirmei meus dados na primeira estadia. Mas dessa vez tive informar de novo. Talvez pela grande mudança no staff. Percebi que eram funcionários novos. O acesso à rede wi-fi está bem mais simples de realizar.

Boa estadia.

O atendimento foi bom tanto da equipe de colaboradores da recepção como a do café da manhã. O quarto era de bom tamanho, cama confortável e travesseiros bons. Não tive problemas com barulho. O banheiro era de bom tamanho, tinha secador, bons itens de higiene oferecidos (sabonete líquido no lavatório, sabonete em barra no banho, shampoo e condicionador). As toalhas eram boas. Havia no quarto uma pia, microondas, louças, tábua de passar roupa e ferro. O frigobar era bem abastecido, porém os preços dos itens eram bens elevados.O café da manhã era muito bom, com vários itens oferecidos. A internet wifi não posso avaliar, por não ter usado. Há uma pequena academia. Fica localizado a poucas quadras da Av. Paulista. A estação de metrô Paulista/Pernambucana tem duas entradas Rua Bela Cintra e Rua Consolação , sendo as duas bem próxima do hotel. Não sei se há quartos com banheiros de acessibilidade.
