"At my arrival there was no one and no information about the room, it took half hours to get information. TV in room do not work. Bathroom and wc in sad conditions. There is a good furniture in living room and kitchen. "

"O conforto e a localização do hotel são dentro do eaperado para tal categoria. No entanto, tive problemas com a camareira (ou com o standard de atendimento de servico de arrumação), dado que as loucas fora recolhidas para lavagem mas nao retornadas ao quarto. Acheina quantidade de louça insuficiente para um casal no quarto. Por fim, a linha de higiene pessoal cortesia do hotel deixou muito a desejar, é de 4a ou 5a categoria."

"The best option if you are going to SP for a concert or any event at Allianz Parque. No stress, all you need to do is to cross the street. The apartment is great, super comfortable and the staff is super responsive. "
