The staff is exceptional !! Everyone is eager to help and make your stay a memorable one. I was so impressed with the hostess of the breakfast buffet that I paid a compliment to the hotel manager about how she made everyone in the breakfast dining area feel so welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel - 5 stars

It’s a nice hotel but definitely overpriced. It’s really a three star hotel not a five star. Breakfast is very expensive and selection is limited. Overall experience is OK, but not something I would recommend it as a must stay.

As instalações do hotel são indiscutivelmente bem projetadas. Todos os ambientes apresentam decoração contemporânea, mobiliário novo e acabamento de ótimo bom gosto. Os quartos são confortáveis e agradáveis. Apesar disso, alguns aspectos operacionais ainda carecem de aprimoramento, especialmente considerando o valor elevado da diária. Durante a estadia, enfrentamos instabilidade significativa na rede do hotel, o que impossibilitou o uso adequado do Chromecast. Ademais, mesmo tendo solicitado a limpeza do quarto ainda pela manhã, ao retornarmos do almoço constatamos que o serviço não havia sido realizado. Em síntese, trata-se de um hotel com boa estrutura física e potencial, porém ainda distante do nível de excelência esperado de um estabelecimento que se propõe a operar no padrão cinco estrelas.

A abordagem inicial assim que sai do Uber foi bem grosseira por parte do senhor da portaria, o atendimento no restaurante Gero também não foi bom por parte dos garçons, a comida não estava muito boa e as taças que estavam acima da mesa que fui alocada estavam sujas. O atendimento no bar da piscina foi excelente, assim como no café da manhã, profissionais educados e muito prestativos. Serviço de quarto foi ótimo, tudo de muita qualidade na hospedagem.

Moderno e luxuoso

O hotel é novo, o quarto é moderno, confortável, banheiro incrível, com uma vista linda da cidade. O lobby, bar do rooftop e a piscina também são lindíssimos. Destaque para o jantar no Gero, a comida e o atendimento são impecáveis. Não gostei muito do salão do café da manhã, achei o ambiente frio e acabei pedindo café da manhã no quarto várias vezes. A localização do hotel também é excelente.
