"Excellent hotel. Excellent location (in between three very easily accessible metro stations). The surrounding area feels very safe. There is a great cafe 1 street away (2 min walk) from the hotel that does very good and reasonably priced food / coffeee / breakfast deals etc.
Pool / spa area was great and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Cannot fault this hotel. Would stay there again if I am lucky enough to visit Lisbon again. "
"The Epic Sana is a 5 Star A+ hotel. The staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful with whatever you need, restaurants, guides, spa, etc. The inclusive breakfast has so many choices we didn't know how we would find room for lunch! Two pools, one of the roof and one in the basement with the spa and gym. It was a wonderful vacation stay in the middle of an urban city."

What a GREAT property: great friendly and efficient staff at the front desk and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. This hotel is also very well located, 2 minutes away from a major central subway station (Marquês de Pombal) and a close walk to the old part of town (Baixa & Chiado) and to the business district (Saldanha).
