アパート利用について
単に値段と位置だけを見て，ホテルの代わりにアパートにしました．特に激安だったわけではないのですが，，，総合的には問題なかったものの，スペイン語を解さない人（＝私），ビジネスの人（＝私）には不向きです．最初のトラブルは受け付け．住所ドンピシャだけど外に看板はありません．１Fに人が居たので声をかけてみると５０１号室に受付があるということが分かりました．１Fのホテルの受付は「別のホテル」です（ここまでスペイン語なのでその場はジェスチャーで凌ぎ，後からわかった情報を含みます）．２日目の夜に鍵が壊れました．まぁ，磁気記憶式の鍵なので良くあること．が！！！５０１号室の受付は１８時まで．仕事が終わって戻ってきたのは２０時．晩御飯に出かけようと思っていたところでしたが，同行者に状況を説明して自分はパス．１Fの建物の受付にマスターキーがあるのでそれで開けてもらった（この方は英語不可．ここでは隣のホテルに相談に行って，１Fの方に向かって，お前のところにマスターキーがあるから開けてやれとでも言われていたようです）．無事，部屋には入れたものの，，，外出していいのか？鍵はオートロック．出たらお終い．また開けてもらわなきゃいけない．棒が飛び出すハードキーもあったので，それをかけた状態で扉を施錠せず外出．長時間は危ないので，ビールかワインでも買って買えるかと思ったら，周辺のお店には酒が売ってない．そして，最終日．チェックアウトは１２時というのは普通として，受付が９時から１８時！早朝出ていくわけには行かないのだ．いつもは大抵，チェックアウトの日の朝，荷物を預けて出ていたわけだが．．．一度出て，１２時までにチェックアウトしに戻ってくるしか無い．
というわけで，ちょっとオモシロそうと思ってアパートにしてみましたが，失敗でした．ただ，部屋は問題ありません．お湯も出ましたし，いわゆるアパートの一部がホテルとして貸し出されている（民泊？）感じです．

A nice apartment for business travels
My colleague picked up this apartment for us to stay during CESCO copper week. The best thing about this place is its location! Only five minutes walk from our local office and close to major clients' offices too! Isodora street also has many choices of delicacies and wines.

muy caro para lo que ofrecen
La cama sonaba muchísimo. Y el baño tenía pelos y una botella de plax en desuso (para los dientes) detrás del basurero. Muy caro para lo que ofrecen.

OK, good location, it depends.
This is a decent large space for a couple or small family. It is really an apartment. Easy check in and out. However, the maid came very early to check what time we would leave. It was really annoying. No parking.

Muy amplio,limpio,linda decoracion confortable y exelente ubicacion......muy amables ademas el personal ...se atraso un dia mi vuelo y me permitieron quedarme en un departamento todo el dia.....he estado en otros apart cerca del costanera center pero este es superior a todos....muy feliz..

Good price, good location... but freezing room
As an apart-hotel it was OK but it was soooo cold... The heating came just from a single AC split and it was not enough. Nowadays you can't blame the outside chill temperature. Also hot water was limited, I think because of a small thermo-tank. Very dissapointing and unconfortable experience.

Excelente aparthotel, muito bem localizado, bem limpo... Porém o banheiro deixou a desejar, tinha um mau cheiro porém o resto tudo muito bom. Ponto forte a cama, muito confortável.
