"It was a very nice stay! The room was very nice, the view is excellent (we were on a 17th floor). Everything was exactly as the pictures. Beds, bathrooms, kitchen were clean, nice and comfortable. We had 2 bathrooms which is great. The area feels super safe, a lot of groceries stores and dinning options. Super close to the metro. The communication was excellent, they are super nice and answer very fast. "

"This is not the place I'd recommend for anyone to stay. The lack of communication with the staff was horrible and it made the whole experience worse. There was no one available to let me in the room when I arrived and I was told to return later that day. After I did, I was let in by a cleaning lady.
