Muito bom!

Gostei demais de minha estadia no Landay. Eu havia feito a reserva para a data errada, mesmo assim o recepcionista conseguiu uma cama para mim de madrugada. A localização é boa, as instalações também. Recomendo!

호텔의 위치는 공항버스 종점근처라 좋구요, 스탭도 친절합니다. 전반적으로 좀 어둡고 청결상태는 좀더 신경써야 할것 같습니다. 조식은 빵,잼,소세지, 시리얼, 우유,커피등 단촐하게 나오고 먹은 식기는 직접 닥아야 합니다. 딱 가격에 맞는 정도의 숙소이네요. 2만원대에 싱글룸이니 큰 기대는 안하고 가면 만족할듯 합니다. 주요 관광지는 걸어갈수 잇는 위치에 잇습니다.

Amazing location/experience but bad wifi

Wifi wasn't terrible quality and kept turning off. Other than wifi, it was a cute location with great service and delicious brekkie.

Basic accommodation in Santiago

Very basic hostel. The staff were nice. Kitchen was quite dirty, not inviting. The room was very bare and dark. The whole place could do with some refurbishments. A bit tired and grotty. Location is convenient for airport bus.

Todo bien, llegue de madrugada para pasar la boche

Todo en orden, llegue de madrugada para pasar una noche, se podría mejorar en desayuno pero por el precio está más q bien.

Hôtel bien placé, bon accueil sauf au petit-déj

Séjour de 3 nuits, grande chambre claire mais pas nettoyée durant le séjour. On se souvient bien des ressorts du matelas! Petit déjeuner inclus mais il faut faire la vaisselle. Il a fallu insister dimanche pour avoir du pain et attendre 20 minutes pour que le serveur se décide à sortir son habituel pain de mie!

Convenient and clean hostel

Convenient for the airport bus , close to a number of bars and restaurants and within easy reach of the city centre . Staff were friendly and helpful.

muy serviciales, simpático y agradable el personal del hotel. Habitación privada amplia y cómoda. Fácil acceso a los medios de trasporte publico, solo hay que recordar llevar toallas personales y productos de aseo y adaptador para cargador de celular.mi estadía fue corta, pero placentera. desayuno muy rico también. Um bom custo/benefício.

O hostel fica localizado num ponto estratégico, próximo ao Palacio da Moeda e da estação de metrô Los Heróes. A cama é confortável, mas a beliche é muito alta e não tem escada. É muito complicado subir e descer. O chuveiro não esquentava muito e são dois banheiros, no segundo andar, para uns 3 quartos de 6 camas cada, mais ou menos. Não tive problema, mas acho que quando cheio deve dar algum estresse. Infelizmente lá não vi muito incentivo a integração entre os hospedes. Eu acho que o hostel é bom pelo custo/benefício, principalmente pelo café da manhã que é bem gosto e já é incluído na diária.

Hôtel à éviter !!!

Un hôtel à éviter : quartier sans intérêt, hôtel assez vieux, chambre au 3eme étage sans ascenseur et avec des escalier très étroits, chambre petite et pas du tout confortable, salle de bain dans très mauvais état, petit-déjeuner (enfin si je peux appeler cela un petit-déjeuner "y presque rien à manger").

Lost my reservation, wifi didn't work well in room

They lost my reservation, as the front desk guy said they have trouble keeping track of stuff from hotels.com (not sure why). I had booked a double bed with private bath; fortunately they had a double bed with shared bath still available. It was on the 3rd floor, and the wifi on the 2nd floor wasn't working, so it was very hard to get wifi from the 1st floor. There was no elevator or AC in the room. That said, they have a 24/7 front desk, which I needed because I arrived late and needed to leave at 5:30am, and the clerk was polite. Only a short walk to the Centropuerto bus stop at Los Heroes to/from the airport.

Mala experiencia

Lamentablemente no nos pudimos alojar en el hostel ya que nos informaron que todo estaba ya reservado.... reconocieron la reserva via hoteles.com pero nos ubicaron en otro lugar donde debimos compartir baño con otros pasajeros. Mi experiencia fue malisima.

Good stay near Los Heroes

We chose this hostel for our last night in Chile. It is very close to Los Heroes for a direct Centropuerto connection to airport. It is simple, but it has all you would need. Receptionist was nice. We had a large double room with private shower. Overall a good stay.

Only good to stay for a night as transit point

Hostel is situated in some car spare parts shops. Can be deserted at night. Nothing to eat in vicinity. It is a 15 min walk from the Los Heros Airport Shuttle drop off point. The sound proofing is very bad. The stairs up are very narrow. The breakfast can be better.

Excellent hostel

Wonderfully situated hostel, very clean, friendly, helpful staff. Warm at night so left window in room open which made it noisy when guests below the window stayed up late talking, but would definitely recommend this hostel and plan to go back again. Excellent value!
