This place is an excellent value. Judge it fairly considering its low price. It is well located within walking distance to many historical locations. Rooms are small but clean. They are sufficient for a traveler on a budget. Breakfast is included. The property is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly but speak only Spanish. While I was there in late December, 2019, there was a lot of civil unrest. 2 nights it was within a few blocks of the hotel. I never felt in any danger, but I never stayed out late. Would I stay there again? Yes. It is clean, friendly, well located, and economical.

The hotel is located in a quiet area of the city but within a walking distance to the center. It offers a breakfast. The personnel is friendly an helpful. It is close to Patio Bellavista with plenty of restaurants

El sitio es particular, es un hotel boutique nque con poco de esfuerzo ( regar las matas, pintura etc) daría un gran salto. Es un hotel muy buena relación precio y con pasarela bella vista cerca.

Zona tranquila y de accesos 👍

Grata estadía en una zona tranquila y cercana a todos los puntos de interés de Providencia y Bellavista. Desayuno generoso, limpieza y atención esmeradas. Solamente deben aceitar las bisagras de las puertas del baño y habitaciones para evitar chirridos ruidosos. Aunque la zona es muy tranquila, la cercanía al Hospital Santa María no permite que uno abra sus ventanas de par en par ya qué hay personal de seguridad y obreros trabajando en las esquinas.

Santiago é uma cidade grande, então escolhemos o hotel por dois motivos principais: proximidade de pontos de interesse e café da manhã. O hotel fica próximo tanto do famoso Pátio Bellavista, que é ótimo para refeições e também do Lastarria, onde ficam alguns charmosos restaurantes. Atrás do hotel, a pouca distância, está a La Chascona, uma das casas de Pablo Neruda e também a estação de funicular do Cerro San Cristobal. O hotel em si é bastante simples. Serve café da manhã bem básico, com pães e frios, iogurte e alguns outras pequenas opções. Fazem na hora ovos mexidos e servem frutas frescas diretamente na mesa. Fomos bem atendidos e o quarto é bem limpo. Banheiro um pouco pequeno, mas como é um hotel adaptado em uma casa, faz sentido. A água do chuveiro é bem farta e quente - o que é ótimo, uma vez que Santiago é uma cidade fria no inverno. O aquecedor funciona muitíssimo bem também.
