"Our view of the rainforest was breathtaking! The hotel was beautiful and clean, service was excellent and we were very happy with out stay. The only thing we did not like is that we were put into an adjoining room and at first we could hear the noise. The hotel offered to give us another room but it did not have the view. All in all, things worked out. Great stay! "

"The thermostat when it’s completely turned off. The room feels like an ice box and still set at 64 degrees which is too cold. I think the thermostats needs to be adjusted better to set for suitable temperature. "

Always very polite and ensuring that everyone was taken care of and that all the tables were clean and one of the things that I missed the most is when you are greeted when you arrive and when you depart.
