"Staffs were friendly and helpful, they have a lot of amenities to choose from, but only problem was the wait for the laundry room as there are only 3 machines but 1 was out of order. The location was great! Food and shopping right around the corner"

"Room is clean and has all the amenities you need if you happen to forget to bring them. Room is a bit snuged but enough to fit 2. Very convenient location. Lawson convenient store is right across the street. U make a left or a right, all restaurants and bars are there. Under 10 mins away from Dotonbori. Will stay here again."

"Dated Western hotel features a chic interior design. Room quite small and a bit outdated. Maybe okay for 1 night stay. Bed and pillow are not as comfortable. Quite room. Convenient located next to Namba station and few minutes away from major shopping street, near Dotonbori. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, maybe not to have a large portion of food bought out at once, so the food stay fresh."

"We stayed at Candeo Hotels Osaka Namba for 3 nights in May and overall had a good experience, mainly because of the excellent location. The hotel is only around 500 metres from Dotonbori and the Shinsaibashisuji shopping district, with countless restaurants, shops, arcades, and department stores nearby. This is definitely the biggest reason to stay here. The room was small at around 19sqm, but very clean, quiet, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly, attentive, and had a reasonable understanding of English. Google Translate helped a lot during our stay. Breakfast was decent overall, although western options were limited. One downside was the room temperature in the mornings. Heat and sunlight through the windows became very intense, so we needed to keep the air conditioning running on cold to stop the room heating up quickly. The room was comfortable again by afternoon and evening. The laundry facilities were unfortunately terrible. Everything required an app called AQ Connection with Japanese-only instructions and no coin or cash option. The dryers were also very inefficient and expensive compared to typical coin laundries elsewhere in Japan. Overall, while we enjoyed the stay, we felt AUD $1,000+ for 3 nights was a bit expensive considering the small room, average view, and poor laundry facilities. However, the location is outstanding and makes this hotel a strong option for exploring Osaka."
