"Stayed four nights at Mitsuwaya Hostel, great facilities, nice staff, cool people and the school across the street provided the best soundtrack for early mornings. Will be staying here again! "

"Professional and friendly staff, however the hotel is a bit far from most attractions. There is a bus option to dotonbori about 10mins from the hotel and T line close to the hotel, also about 10mins. There were some spots that lacked cleanliness but overall clean."

"I loved the location and the staff. the beds were very nice as well, my only complaint is the ladder to get to the bunkbeds, having 2 ladders for 4 beds was uncomfortable."

"We enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable with good ac. While a small room, very small washroom, common in Japan, it was clean and functional. Breakfast was enjoyable as well, be aware it is more Japanese than western. Good with us, but others might have a different idea and be disappointed. "

"We were pretty exauasted as we had just arrive to Osaka. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room did look like it needed a remodeling but it was good for the night we stay and it had the essential we needed "

"A seriously great stsy in the heart of Osaka. Rooms are on the smaller side but nothing unmanageable. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the shower room was amazing. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, and the downstairs complimentary tea, coffee and drinks is a nice touch. Would absolutely stay again."
"Courteous staff all very helpful. Didnt use the laundry service but if i stayed there longer i wouldve used it. Rooms were spotless and clean. Towel deliver daily. Even though i didnt use them. It was a great stay and the location wasnt too bad either. "
"Clean room, excellent location next to kitahama station. Very convenient. Family mart and a great coffee place at the entrance of the hotel. Nothing negative to mention. "
"The entire staff at Swissotel was amazing! I was continually impressed with the level of service and willingness to help with any and everything. The best customer service I have experienced at a hotel (and I travel 150+ days a year)"
