Very clean with comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the deep bathtub with plenty of hot water. The breakfast buffet was delicious and recommended. The staff were courteous and allowed storage of luggage several hours before check in. Highly recommended this hotel and location.

Extremely convenient, near the Osaka Castle. The value is exceptional. I booked a single room and knew the room will be on the smaller side, but the way the room was organised really made my stay comfortable. The bed was superb (way larger than a single bed), many amenities provided. There is access to their public bath as well, which was interesting. Staff was so friendly and really exceeded expectations. I would definitely stay there again.
