"The hotel was so homey .We traveled with our children and they all enjoy it. They took care of every little detail and everything we needed was there. They provide enough good quality towels for everyone. They even give have a tooth brush and tooth paste to every family member. Our room had a washer and dryer and they even provided the laundry detergent. We forgot our credit card on the counter ant the self check in and they locate us and return it to us. We are very happy. Thank you very much to the hotel staff. "

"The place was clean and very welcoming. We came with 2 kids and it’s quite enough that it’s away from the hustle and bustle of Namba station nearby. Staff were helpful and friendly. They were quick for requests, like extra pillows we needed and towels. I would book here again next time I go to Osaka and recommend to others looking for a place to stay. "
