"During the stay the room was Okay. But while we were cleaning before check-out we noticed cockroaches on the room which was not a big deal but still concerning. The room was clean but there were some areas that were dirty and dusty when we checked-in. Overall for the price it was good enough to sleep and rest. The directions was a little confusing since the streets were not that narrow but once we arrived the staff was helpful and kind which made the experience feel better."

We were meet on time at the airport by hotel staff and shuttle driver! Check in/out was very fast! We were allowed to check in early. The whole hotel staff including the Bistro Restaurant were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! The breakfast buffet was amazing and there was a big variety of dishes.The free local shuttle van was a very pleasant surprise and very nice driver! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ay the B Hotel, it was wonderful!

Overall our stay was wonderful, but the transportation service failed us when the hotel shuttle dropped us off in an area where no taxis could be found. The shuttle driver gave us invalid telephone numbers to call for pickup. We eventually had to hail a PNPolice vehicle and the officers kindly returned us to the hotel. Alright, I'll give you 'the good', 'the bad', and 'the ugly'. Savoy is, for some reason, VERY security conscious. They will run a mirror on a pole under your car (and check the trunk) when you pull up. I guess that's good (no, big deal). But, my girlfriend and I went out every day for walks and shopping. Staff recognized us every day. It was never a problem getting back into the hotel. It's VERY convenient to get to the international terminal of the airport. It should cost only about...

Room was great although the space is small. Parking is limited so we had to park in nearby area and just transfer to the hotel when the slot was available. There is no option for valet as well, so this is a bit inconvenient. The place is very accessible to High Street which was a big plus. Their coffeeshop has limited seats. The hotel was fully booked when we were there, so there was a long queue in the buffet breakfast. Overall, we had a great time.
