Overall, we had a wonderful stay at La Concha and would gladly return.
The highlight of our experience was the staff. It’s rare to find an entire team that is so genuinely kind and welcoming, from the housekeeping staff to the pool attendants. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Their exceptional hospitality truly made our stay special.
The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very clean. The only reason I’m mentioning this is because I think the room we stayed in could use a little updating. The balcony door was extremely difficult to open because the lock was very stiff, and the shower handles were also very hard to turn. These are small maintenance issues that could easily improve the guest experience.
The beach is beautiful, although it was unfortunate that the ocean was very rough during our stay. Of course, that’s something the hotel has no control over.
One thing guests should also be aware of is that the hotel places a fairly large hold on your credit card for incidentals.
Other than those minor points, everything else was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the outstanding service from every member of the staff is what earned this hotel a 5-star review from us. Thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable!"
