"The hotel itself is in very good condition. The rooms are always clean and the staff are always checking to see if you need anything. The property is centrally located and next to most dining and stores, with only a 7-10min drive to Old SanJuan. The parking is very tight in the onsite lot and is a bit pricey but it is still very much convenient."

"Ease of checking in was great. We even arrived early and was called when our room was ready. The staff was suer sweet and friendly along with the valet men. Housekeeping was quick and great as well. The cookies were the best part. We had oe a day LOL"

"We had such an amazing experience at La Concha Resort in Puerto Rico! The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the atmosphere is everything you want from a Puerto Rico getaway. The pool area was definitely one of our favorite parts! I especially want to give a huge shoutout to the women working by the main pool — they were absolutely amazing! They were so friendly, attentive, welcoming, and made the whole pool experience even better. Their energy and customer service really stood out and made us feel taken care of. From the beautiful resort to the amazing staff and incredible atmosphere, La Concha was truly a memorable experience. We had such a great time and would 100% come back! 🇵🇷❤️🌴 Thank you, La Concha, for an unforgettable stay! ✨"
