Great hotel. The rooms are in excellent condition, and so is the hotel itself. The breakfast is good. There is a mini kitchen in the room. Overall, I recommend it. It is a quiet place on the bay, and there is a grocery store 15 minutes away.

Was a fantastic place to stay on the water. Really great place to work during the week and good free breakfast, fireplace, pool and gym. Be aware they do cleaning outside on Sundays so you may not be able to enjoy the pool or bbq areas due to all day cleaning and noise. We did ask for our place to be cleaned but they didn't show up, asked for sheets to make our own bed but they didn't turn up either. Otherwise the staff were great and we really enjoyed it we will definitely be back again.

The rooms were not clean, found hair in shower and dirty towels, missing chair from kitchen and smoke alarm had a paper cover that I had to let staff know so I wouldn’t get charged for those things. The breakfast was the same thing for 3 days straight scrambled eggs, sausage bits, and oatmeal. It was always a mess because kids roaming around without their parents and adults who just have no concern for others and would leave a mess. Only one toaster so huge wait for that as well, parking was a nightmare as not enough space so had to ask staff a couple times where can I park and they directed me to remove cone and park there. Staff was kind and area by the water was nice and quiet.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room smelled like soup, construction was being done while we stayed so power shut off last hour of our stay. Breakfast was meh and ice cream bars from freezer in lobby were hard as rocks.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and well decorated the bed was very comfortable, the only drawback were the ac unit in the room was loud and rooms next door were loud when using their restroom, could use a sound barrier.

The property had dog poop everywhere. The pull out sofa sleeper was terrible, the property did not have a roll away bed. The location was good.

Great bay view and access to the coastal trail. This is why I stay here every time i come to SF. Also like having the kitchenette, with full sizes fridge, though there was no oven. Only a two burner stove and only one crusty pot to cook in. No restaurants close by, must drive out to El Camino. Close to main roads and highways. Housekeeping only provided once a week. I stayed for 10 days, so I had to request fresh towels, tp and paper towels. People leave their trash in the hallway for pick up, gross. This is NOT the fault of the staff, who were extremely nice and helpful. This is a management issue. Overall nice hotel, clean, good location.

I felt that the level of service provided by the front desk staff varied too much from person to person. Also, I think it would be even more convenient if dinner were served.
