My husbad and I had a pleasant stay. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable, customer service was excellent and everything was in descent working order. As for cleanliness, everything was clean and presentable except the floors. Walking on the floor turned my feet/socks black.The floors need to be mopped and cleaned every day as part of the daily tasks that come with cleaning the rooms and keeping them germ-free. However, i would stay ther again.

The hot tub was the reason I got that hotel room and on that it delivered. Otherwise, it is a bare bone motel. Room had a small fridge and a TV. I was not able hook up my laptop as only cable box remote was provided and the service had programing with nothing watchable. But hot tub worked.

Was a great stay. Very vert nice ppl at service desk. Very genuine service. Respectful, understanding, accommodating, and trustworthy. Small fridge, No microwave, No deposit required. Housemaids very accommodating. Clean room. CONSTRUCTION WORKING IN MORNING but will be over soon. Other then that...id label it perfect. My new go-to. Rm212. Good ppl

They had a jacuzzi in the room it was cool the jets worked and everything. I cleaned it out a before I got in. I got to watch cable TV in a working hot tub. The bed squeezed a lot but actually was pretty comfortable. The temporary Neighbors were super tweeked out. It's expected thou, All in All if they gave me the room again less than $100 I'd rent it out again

This Motel was gross. Everything was bad. The furniture was falling apart. The sink was slow draining and loud. No hit water in the shower. Mold growing in the grout. Very loud and busy at night. The bed was uncomfortable. Toilet paper roll was rusted. Chairs and pillows were dirty. Towels were disgustedly stained

The room was absolutely horrible. There were different color patches all over the walls, graphite all over the refrigerator, the toilet paper holder was so rusted I could have gotten tetanus. Even the shampoo and soap packages were filthy. Woke up at 7:45 am to them pounding on the stucco breaking it apart right outside my door. Paid $110 for king room shouldn’t have even stayed once I saw the room but I had been dropped off and was so tired. Wouldn’t stay if it was free. Stayed at the Travelodge on Roxford the next 2 nights and it was $10-$15 cheaper. Their rooms are clean staff is pleasant. I will stay there from now on.

Unimpressed stay...

The towels were eith dirty or stained where as they appeared dirty. The sheets on the bed had a foot print on them so we sleep ontop on the comforter. The refrigerator was not pluged in and to be honest I was concerned that if I did plug it in that it could have been a fire hazard. We were very unimpressed with the condition of the room especially for the price being charge for this room. The service from the front desk was good and pleasant. Over all if the rest of the rooms here are in the same condition as the room we were in (202). We feel that they need to reconsider the price they are charging because it felt that this price is misleading to the condition of that rooms.
