Hotel Riu Palace Pacifico - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"The room was clean; however, the cleaning lady kept unlocking the patio door, which made me uncomfortable returning to my room. One day, she left it open, which caused the mirrors to fog up, and the room felt like a sauna. I brought it up to the front desk; however, they did not understand my concern. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The food is okay, but not exquisite. We ended up canceling our reservation at the Steak House because we were in town and would not have been able to make it back in time. The drinks tasted great. I did not utilize the pools because the water temperature is warmer than I prefer. Very nice resort for adults."

"The staff were wonderful and attentive. Our concierge Elizabeth was welcoming and resolved every detail. Food was all very good (fresh, plentiful, many healthy and tasty options). We were given a premium upgrade which was amazing the truly outstanding Mole & Tacos à la carte breakfast. Housekeeping and property maintenance were impeccable. Activities director Anna made water aerobics fun. Enjoy walking the beach, swimming in the surf, lounging in the pool, or borrowing a kayak. Due to construction, one restaurant and some small areas were closed, but it was never crowded. At busy times, there were sometimes 5-minute waits to enter some restaurants. Overall, this was a fabulous stay. We enthusiastically recommend!"

"Estuvimos una semana completa. El personal del hotel es muy amable, en especial los meseros. Las habitaciones muy cómodas , recién remodeladas. La comida en el buffet debe mejorar los postres, no son ricos. Los restaurantes de especialidades, están buenos. Los estacionamientos de discapacitados no los respetan. Mi esposo tiene una prótesis en la rodilla y solo un día pudimos estacionarnos en lugar de discapacitados. Los demás días tuvimos que dejar la camioneta muy lejos y los autos que estaban en hándicap no tenían tarjeton. En general estuvimos contentos y volvería. Ojalá mejoren las áreas de oportunidad."

"We had a wonderful time! The resort was well kept, lots of fun activities for children. The staff was so helpful and lovely! The food was better than most all inclusive resorts and 24hour room service was definitely a bonus! We will return!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta! Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with great beds and a beautiful view of the ocean and hotel grounds. It had everything we needed, including a minibar, iron, and hairdryer. We really enjoyed the food as well. The buffet offered a great variety, and during the day we could enjoy the cevichería and bar. In the evening, there were three restaurants to choose from, as well as the buffet. We also loved the live music at the bar in the evenings. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. We felt very safe and comfortable both at the resort and while exploring Puerto Vallarta. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our stay. We would happily come back!"
