"It's a nice place and reasonably priced. My only concern was the thinness of the walls. Thankfully, there were not a lot of noisy guests. We were there on a Tuesday and Wednesday night. We can't say enough about how thoughtful and helpful the front desk staff was."

"The staff were super friendly and the location was perfect. The room was a little noisy (vehicles) but ear plugs were provided, no one in our room had to use them. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again."

"Staff helped direct us to parking immediately $45/day! They have delicious cookies in the lobby! We loved our room, it was quiet! It is an old historic building with 15 floors. They have 2 elevators, 1 broke while we were there. It didn't cause much of a problem. We used buses and trams to get around the city so we would not have to incur additional parking expenses. Room was clean"

The property offers great amenities for families and travelers alike. The pool and gym access are fantastic, with the gym open 24 hours and a convenient laundry facility on-site. The on-site restaurant delivers great meal service, making dining in exceptionally easy after a long day of exploring. Additionally, having a hospital nearby adds an extra layer of peace of mind. "Great hotel, but near an area of San Francisco with lots of homeless and drugged out folks. You can walk the other way, but make sure you are heading away from the “Tenderloin” area"
