"Staff was very attentive & friendly. The continental breakfast was very good. Room was comfortable, but bathroom was very small. No bath soap was provided by the hotel, which we thought was odd. Property is nice even though it’s a bit dated. Pool area is well kept. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Property is within walking distance to many attractions along the waterfront and a Trader Joe’s is a block away if you want to buy snacks & beverages for your stay. "

"My stay at San Remo was great. It is a very quaint hotel. You feel as though you have stepped back in time or are in England. The room was small but I wasn’t in it other than to sleep. The bed was comfortable. The shared toilets and bathrooms on each level were clean. I never had to wait to use the toilets, showers, or sinks. The hotel is walking distance to the Fisherman's Wharf. It is also walking distance to many amazing Italian restaurants because of its proximity to North

"Our stay was flawless from start to finish. The customer service agent who checked us in was friendly and professional. He was very respectful of our service dog. We loved the snack shop downstairs. The breakfast manager was extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had great options. We opted to just pay the 9$/kid and us adults just had leftovers from dinner and free coffee because 24/person for adults was more than we wanted since we weren't very hungry.
