"The host of the ara palace was very helpful, and said many times if u need anything she would be there to help. Towels are small but functional, everything was what I expected. There is a washing machine but u must hang dry ur clothes, there is racks to us in your room. The location was good. If u want to spend 3 times as much to get closer to the ocean u can. It's a mile walk to to peer in jeju city. 10 minute walk to Dongmun market. Fun place to visit, the beaches are nice and there's so much u can do, loved Jeju!"

"The hotel is ok with a nice view. The bathroom has a slight sewage smell. Sound insulation is not very efficient. Outside the court yard some one always sing from afternoon to 10 pm, very loud."

"We had been travelling in Japan and Seoul and stayed at many hotels before getting to JEJU. Space wise, it was one of the better hotel rooms that we have had during our trip. There were drawers for clothes, counter space for toiletries and space for our suitcases, with enough space in the room to walk around comfortably. The breakfast was very good with well balanced offerings of traditional and western style foods. The staff were efficient and helpful."

"I stayed here with my elder parents and two young children. None of them felt safe here. There are a lot of tourists and the smoking area is right at the front. The property was filled with the smokey smell everywhere. They offered the parking, but it was packed. If you plan to park the car here, you need to be proficient in driving. Also, the room appeared to be clean. However, looking at the outer condition of the property, my family could not get over the idea that it may not have been cleaned. It just felt dirty. We would not stay here again. "
