Excellent hotel with everything that we needed. Staff were extremely helpful also. It’s a good area with a lot of good restaurants around the hotel. Very easy to travel to the hotspots of Jeju city either by foot, taxi or bus.

Location is good, behind the city hall. The room is not clean, especially the bathroom, we have to take quite some hairs out of bathtub. It’s very noisy, we could hear every single word on the floor.

Good location, pleasant staff

This hotel location is good - bus stop just outside and easily accessible to the Jeju airport. Rooms are very nice and clean with slippers provided. The main issue was the lack of air conditioning - it was very warm inside the room as apparently the air conditioning only gets turned on on 1 April. The breakfast buffet is also not worth it. Instead, can get coffee from the cafe next door on the ground floor (10% discount for guests) or the nearby convenience stores ( GS25 and CU in close proximity ).
Sculpture outside entrance of hotel - there steps leading up so can use the luggage ramp to roll your luggage up to the door.

Room was not air conditioned, staff insists that only heating is available because still winter in Jeju and stated that we should open the window. Outside temperature was around 14 degrees which is not ideal to have an open window all night. The option of Cooling or heating should have been given to guests. Busy hotel, and senior staff at the front desk simply appear to ignore our sitaution and left it to junior staff to deal with.
