Couple 3-night stay

The Executive Room was fairly spacious and the king bed was big enough, but the bed was VERY uncomfortable. After 3 nights of sleeping on that bed both me and my wife have lower back pain. Time for the hotel to spend a little money and get a new king bed

Off the beaten path

Hotel in an industrial area with a small shopping center close by. It was great because we were there on a weekend and there was not much activity. The room was designed for someone on business, with a desk, which wasn't very useful for a casual traveler.

Confirming that the rooms we had paid for When we got there, were given different types of room The room price was less, i was told that they would not credit the difference. The reservation was booked 8 months in advance. Charge for something we were not given..The staff in the front desk were super rude to us.

I didn't like anything. The air conditioner was barely cooling the room The refrigerator was broken. The safe is not working. I asked the service to fix the air conditioner and the safe. they came, check, and nothing happened after that. I believe this was one of my worst experiences, if it wasn’t the worst.
