Great Hotel! Small but convenient. Staff is amazing! The Tram (Domaine Cherioux) is literally 5 minute walk. The tram takes you to the Metro 7 and so you are super connected. there is a Carrefour, Kfc and Burger King for a quick bite (open unitl 1 am) Orly airport is 10 minutes away. Also there is a mall near by. The hotel is super simple but clean n convenient. The staff makes the difference.

Pros: inexpensive place to stay. Near transportation that's makes it easy to get into Paris. Nice breakfast available daily (a couple of euros). Cons: Lots of dust bunnies, limited place to store clothes and personal items, limited bathroom items (soap, shampoo, etc). Doors squeaky, walls thin.

I arrived late and was given room 120, which had a mixer tap in sink that was not connected to the basin and the shower door could not slide shut; also there was no soap dish. However the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff were all very obliging but it was a shame about the room.

The property was clean and staff was polite and helpful, however the room was extremely cold as the heating wasn’t working and I was given two extra sheets when asked for an extra blanket as I could not sleep . The mattress and bed was hard , netflix and you tube on tv didn’t work . Transport links were excellent.
