Fantastic hotel just 5 mins from the palace. Modern and clean, very comfy bed and great shower. The Clarins products, robe and slipper and replenished chilled water in the fridge were lovely touches. The perfect base for my Mum and I on our visit to Versailles. Would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The staff was lovely and it enhanced my experience of the Le GRAND bal masque de Versaille! The breakfast buffet is a must and the bar lounge area is beautiful.

The hotel was good, but not excellent as we had expected. Check-in is crowded and there was only one person working the check-in counter, while other employees were busy with "administrative tasks" rather than taking care of guests. The area around Versailles is very touristy - not the hotel's fault, of course. But there are other locations that are closer to restaurant choices that are far better.

Brilliant location and a really nice hotel. We had some difficulties with two of the bar staff who were quite unhelpful and rude. Other bar staff were excellent. We had to wait 45 mins for bar food and on another night found out no food was available!

Youll want to stay here if you are visiting versailles. The rooms are beautiful, and our balcony had an excellent view. You will be happy when you only need to walk a few minutes to the palace gates. The front desk was so nice, and held our luggage before check in. The air conditioner worked well. We would stay there again and again.
