This was such a wonderful place to stay. My mom sisters and I actually felt pretty safe in the apartment that they gave us. David was amazing and very helpful with everything. We felt like we lived in Paris for real! It’s close to the metro and you can get anywhere from there. 100/10 recommendation!

Great Stay

Very convenient for the Rock en Seine festival we were visiting in a quiet area. Rooms small but, hey, it’s Paris and everything well appointed and very high standard of cleanliness. Guy on front desk when we arrived was very helpful and friendly. Metro (Line 10) literally just around the corner if you need to get in to central Paris. Overall, good stay

Check in was really easy and the man was very friendly. Our apartment was around a 5 minute walk from check in which was fine for us as we didn’t have much luggage. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Neighbours above were a little bit noisy but not enough to stop us sleeping. Short walk to the metro, around €12 for an uber to the Eiffel Tower and a 5 minute walk from a nice park to walk around

There are multiple buildings/units managed by one company. We were directed in an older building with decent renovation of the unit. Other units were not for rent. no amenities in our building other than in-unit amenities -kitchen/internet/etc. Great neighbourhood.

The apartment was clean, bright, plenty of room for our family of 3. It was very quiet considering it was in a large apartment complex. The kitchen was stocked to get your day started. The bathroom had basic amenities and the Monoprix (like US Target) had shampoos/conditioners if needed. The location was perfect for us. Comfortable shady walk to 2 metro stations, easy street for Bolt pick up. Large Monoprix nearby for everything including groceries (butter, yogurt, snacks!). And many bakeries within a few minutes to walk to every morning for fresh baguettes and croissants! Roland Garros was a 20 minute walk to the gap in the sidewalk barricade. (We made the mistake of google mapping to our gate on our ticket and had to detour because the sidewalk was blocked for queuing.) Communication with the manager was easy on WhatsApp, not only for check in/out but also recommendations!

Best value in Paris

The room was small, but that's typical for European hotels. The people who work here went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay, including getting my sister checked in early because she was tired from her flight, as well as holding our luggage so we could enjoy our last day in Paris before heading to the airport. The location was quiet and safe- we walked around late at night and never felt nervous. And there are several dining options close by. We were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower and all sites easily (admittedly, we are marathon runners so walking 3 miles is pretty tame). Also, the blackout shades were incredible and both my sister and I have looked into getting some for our homes.

The apartment doesn’t have air conditioning and the descriptions says Ceiling fan and doesn’t have ceiling fan just a floor fan as per my request they give me an extra small fan the room because the other was in the living room.
