"I’ve been a Hilton traveler for years but have recently found that many of the properties have began to become very rundown. Service has also been lacking. This was my first stay at the HGI in Providence and I’m pleased to share that the experience was exceptional. Very pleasant check in. The room was well maintained and immaculately clean. I was greeted every time I walked past the desk. I was thanked when I checked out (at 400 AM). Really great experience. Highly recommend this location. It will be my hotel of choice when I’m back in PVD. "

All areas of the hotel, both inside the room and in the hallways and common areas, were clean and fresh. (I did not use the pool or hot tub, but enjoyed having that option.) Breakfast could have more plant-based options, but otherwise good."
