This is the Closest Affordable Hotel to Newport and the only one with a Hot Tub & Sauna. The Sauna is Good & Hot; the Hot Tub could be Hotter and with Better Jets. But overall, this is the Best & Closest to Newport in Middletown. Rooms are Clean & Updated and Decent Hot Breakfast is Included.
