I had a really great stay at Capri Motel. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout. The room was clean, the environment felt safe, and everything worked just as expected. I appreciated how quiet it was at night and how easy it was to get settled in. The first room they sent us too had not been cleaned, there were no sheets, trash everywhere. The front desk attendant was sweet and helpful in finding us a clean room right away though. In the morning someone else came to the door and almost walked right in as I guess they had assigned the room to someone else as well.

Service was horrible, it took 2 hours for someone to show up at the front desk to check in. Alcohol cans everywhere, staff did nothing about neighbors yelling and cussing at each other.

Do not stay here. We had a room with a king size bed and only two pillows. Also only one wash cloth for the two of us. Staff was rude and put out because we asked for pillows and towels. The place had a drug den vibe. We were fearful of something happening to our car or items left in our room. We will never stay here again. Would not refund our money so we could stay somewhere else. This should be removed from Expedia.
