The room was very clean, the staff was great, especially the cleaning service. The only reason that the stay wasn't excellent was that the pool was not opened. Due to no lifegaurd. That was a little disappointing.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable but the bathtub was a bit old, it was clean though. Some of the other guests were loud but you can't control that. Overall, it was a great place for the price.

The front desk clerk, Gabby, was extremely helpful. There was a mixup in reservations at another hotel in the area. By the time I got to Best Western it was late and I was frustrated. She quickly got us checked in and gave us a quiet room.

Great Stay!

The room was clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was large and the shower had good pressure. It was convenient to have a refrigerator and a microwave in addition to the coffee maker. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
