"I recently stayed at the B Hotel for 3 days and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with professionalism and courtesy. One of the highlights of the hotel was its excellent restaurant and pastry shop/coffee bar, which offered great food, coffee, and fresh pastries. I also enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool and jacuzzi, which made the stay even more relaxing. Free parking, efficient security, and the hotel’s reasonable rates added even more value to the experience. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay at B Hotel. I would definitely consider coming back in the future and would gladly recommend the hotel to my friends."

"The room was clean. However we had the room at the very end of the hall. It was inconvenient. But they said that that was the only premier twin that they had. The bathroom was not up to par. The water didn’t go down the drain, so it kinda flooded. It was hard to fix the water temperature, I had to shower a few times with cold water. The staff had to adjust the water heater for me. There was no fridge in the room. They had a fridge in the lobby where you can store stuff. And not even a lot, maybe just 1 or 2 items the most. Breakfast was delivered every morning. The front desk would call in the evening and give you 2 choices. Breakfast was ok. Staff was very polite and very helpful. If you want a quick overnight stay, this will suffice. But if you need to stay for a few days and need to have access to cold drinks because the weather is so hot outside. This is not the place. Overall…. I give this hotel a 2 1/2!"

"Superior location with five star quality for a family visit in the Las Pinas area. Our two bedroom suite was beautiful and enormous, allowing us to accommodate the many visitors that visited each day. The restaurant serves good Filipino food. Nearby are numerous fast food places, with shopping and high end restaurants in walking distance at Southmall. The location makes it easy for family throughout Metro Manila to visit us, and the staff was always polite and accommodating to our many visitors. The Excelsior is our hotel of choice for visiting our relatives in the Manila area."

"Room is big enough for a family to stay. Tho the soap and shampoo should be given each day. Needs to improve on racks for soap and shampoo in their bathroom. Also, the bathroom has stains on the tiles. Need to clean more. Tho we had a good stay, aircon cannot cool the entire area during summer. Ref is not working."
